Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of software engineers (2-3), providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Design, architect, and develop robust and scalable backend solutions using Go as a server-side language and MySQL as the database.
• Set up best practices/guidelines and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainability, and adherence to those guidelines.
• 2 to 4 years of work experience.
• Worked with REST APIs and Event-driven systems.
• Prefer remote-only roles.
